Our Buddies
Spend time with the youngest of our FRIENDS participants. Assist infant and preschool teachers with classroom activities.
Volunteers may be storytellers, reading to a small group of children. They may be helping small hands hold a crayon to form their very first letters and numbers, or use scissors, glue, and paint to create art!
There’s time for singing, creative movement, playground activities, music appreciation, even learning Spanish as a second language. Our classroom Buddies will help our teachers prepare the children to enter school by sharing their time and hearts in daily activities designed to reveal for the children what is possible.
